Red States Reap Green Jobs

Clean energy factories proliferate in US red states, proving political divides cannot halt economic shifts.

Red States Reap Green Jobs
FO Take · Score 85

Conservative states are inadvertently becoming the bedrock of the green economy. While politicians posture with fossil fuel rhetoric, jobs and investment flow into renewables, driven by market demand and technological inevitability. This isn't about ideology, but cold, hard cash and the smart pursuit of future-proof industries. Who benefits when pragmatism trumps political posturing?

The strongest counter

This is merely opportunistic capitalism, not a genuine shift in conservative values. These states will pivot back to traditional energy as soon as it's profitable, or when federal incentives wane.
