What we stand for

We spent nine years learning in the background. Now we’re stepping to the front.

Fully Opinionated is a media institution built on sharp opinions about the developments reshaping our world. We do not do neutral. Neutral stopped being useful the moment information became infinite.

April 2026 — the shift

Barely Opinionated became Fully Opinionated. That is not a rebrand. It is a stance.

For nine years we published news without opinions. Decentralised, fact-checked, fast. It worked. It built 300,000 followers and roughly 300 million impressions a year, out of conviction and out of pocket.

Then the ground moved. Knowledge stopped being the barrier. Anyone can retrieve a fact in four seconds. What is scarce now is a differentiated, well-reasoned position on a story while that story is still forming.

So we picked a side. The world no longer needs neutral observers. It needs informed, future-proof voices willing to take a position and put a name on it.

That shift took nine years of learnings. The decision took thirty seconds.

The thesis

Win the opinion arbitrage.

Opinions are tradable economic value. Awareness used to be the advantage. Today a high-conviction opinion on a developing story is the advantage. The future of learning, working and connecting lies in our ability to build.

The editorial spine

Three pillars. If a story does not fit one of them, we do not make it.

FOW

Future of Work

How people earn, build and create value. Layoffs, AI eating roles, portfolio careers, the office question, burnout, the founder path.

FOL

Future of Learning

How people skill up and stay relevant. The collapse of the credential, AI tutors, the YouTube university, the workplace as classroom. This pillar replaced Future of Education in April 2026, because learning is broader than schooling.

FOHC

Future of Human Connection

How people find each other, collaborate and belong. Loneliness, third places, adult friendship, community as infrastructure.

Disbelief killers

The sceptics, given a fair hearing, next to the result.

AI does the heavy lifting. A human signs off on everything before it ships. We never skip the human layer, because credibility is the only moat we have. If a fifteen-year-old cannot understand it, we rewrite it.
