Shifting exam results online in regions with patchy internet and computer access is not progress; it is an abdication of responsibility. It actively disadvantages students who lack reliable connectivity, widening the educational gap. We are penalising students for infrastructural failures, not rewarding their academic effort. Does "digital India" mean "disconnected India" for some?
