Modern higher education peddles the myth of a perfect career pathway, using flawed psychometrics to funnel students into pre-determined slots. Life is far more chaotic and serendipitous than any algorithm can predict. Stop optimising for an illusion and start embracing uncertainty. Why are we so keen to outsource personal discovery to bad data models?
