The property market, much like the job market, is rife with listings that promise much but deliver little more than biohazards and structural integrity issues. We are consistently told to be grateful for any opportunity, even if it means inhabiting a space that actively harms us. When will workers demand environments that don’t require hazmat suits to navigate?

The strongest counter

Some might argue this is an opportunity for a resilient buyer to transform a derelict property into a valuable asset, akin to an employee thriving in a challenging work environment.
