The military understands human limits better than any corporation. “Tactical napping” isn’t a perk; it’s essential for survival. Businesses touting “wellness” ignore this at their peril, offering yoga instead of addressing burnout. Our always-on culture is unsustainable, leading to chronic exhaustion. Why do we celebrate sleeplessness as dedication, not self-sabotage?

The strongest counter

Napping guidance, while helpful, glosses over the systemic issues of military life. It’s a band-aid on a bullet wound, not a solution to combat stress or inadequate support for service personnel.
